Agrace Hospice Care has long been a pioneer in end-of-life care and, more recently, in palliative care for individuals with long-term, non-terminal illnesses. The brand aimed to modernize its visual design to appeal to a more discerning audience and to unify its various service lines under a cohesive parent brand.
I had the great fortune of being part of Agrace’s in-house marketing team for two years, where I contributed to the rebranding and revitalization of this vital institution dedicated to the care and comfort of those who need it most.
Deliverables included redesigning the new logo, brand identity identity guidelines, revised brand architecture, print collateral, way-finding, fundraising event branding, quarterly newsletter and more (whew!).
