Agrace Hospice Care has long been a leader in end-of-life care and, more recently, in palliative care for individuals with long-term, non-terminal illnesses. To better connect with a more discerning audience and unify its various service lines, the organization sought to modernize its visual identity under a cohesive parent brand.
I had the privilege of working on Agrace’s in-house marketing team for two years, contributing to the rebranding and revitalization of this essential institution devoted to compassionate care.
My deliverables included a redesigned logo, comprehensive brand identity guidelines, updated brand architecture, print collateral, wayfinding systems, fundraising event branding, the quarterly newsletter, and more.
